How to Enable SMTP Authentication in Outlook Express 6

1 Select the Tools menu and click Accounts:

2 Select the Mail tab:

3 Highlight your A1 or BMP account and click the Properties button:

4 Select the Servers tab:

5 Check the box labelled My server requires authentication:

6 Check the OK button:

7 Click the Close button:

Done.

You should be able to send/receive as normal. Thanks for your time.
